Calmness. The thing that we are seeking for.

Salam.

Another beautiful day. There was a lunar eclipse yesterday. It was claimed as the longest eclipse happened in hundred years time, but I'm not really into the astronomy things. But it is a trending thing for this few days, so everyone should know about it.

I wrote nothing for a few days. Actually nothing happens but I am very lazy as usual. Maybe I should say and wrote that i am a very lazy person for the most of the time. Laying off, watching dramas, the usual routines every days. But then, suddenly I realized that I have an important exam to face.

I'm not gonna do the same mistake as I did in the previous exam. Having a really big penyesalan and doubting myselft whether I'm fit or not to be in this course after struggling about three years.

So, now. What should I do? The very things that I need to do is to discipline my self first! Wake up early at dawn. Perform the fajr prayer, recite the quran, do the qiamullai. Ask forgiveness from the Creator for every mistakes that I have done. Praying so that all those mistake will not prevent HIM the ALmighty from giving me  success in my study.  That's the right things to do.

To make it short, I can say that the best method to discipline yourself is by being closer to the Creator, ALLAH SWT. Perform solat, recite quran, always do the zikr and you got all things that you wanted for. But the most important thing is, you will get to know yourself more and you will feel calmness in your daily life. That is what you are really seeking for! Calmness.

“When you stand for the prayer, say Takbir and then recite from the Qur’an what you know and then bow with calmness till you feel at ease, then rise from bowing till you stand straight. Afterwards prostrate calmly till you feel at ease and then raise (your head) and sit with Calmness till you feel at ease and then prostrate with calmness till you feel at ease in prostration and do the same in the whole of your prayer.”
- The Prophet Muhammad [pbuh]
